What does the menu include?
The Chef’s Signature menu features an entrée, a mid-entrée, a main course, a dessert and premium wine pairing with each course.
What views can I expect on board?
You’ll see Sydney Harbour Bridge, Opera House, Luna Park, Fort Denison, Lady Macquarie’s Chair and other harbour attractions through the boat’s glass-wrapped interiors. You can also step up to the Sky Deck for open-air views.
Is the boat air-conditioned?
Yes, the glass boat is fully air-conditioned for comfort.
Do I get a reserved table?
When a booking is made, every guest is guaranteed a reserved seat at a table with their party. However, if the boat is running full, then, odd-number bookings may be assigned a shared table.
How long is this cruise?
It runs for about two hours, including the boarding time.
Are drinks included?
The curated wine pairings are included. Additional drinks are available for purchase from the licensed bars on board.
Where does the cruise depart from?
Clearview Glass Boat departs from King Street Wharf 5 on Darling Harbour. Arrive at least 15 minutes early for easy boarding.
Can we book as a group?
Groups are welcome, and an option to book online with deposit is available for bookings of six or more guests.
What should I wear?
Smart casual or elegant attire works best.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to help@magisticcruises.com.au
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.
- No correspondence will be entertained for cancellations made after the free-cancellation period.
- A ‘no-show’ refers to any confirmed passenger who fails to board the vessel prior to scheduled departure. Please note, we make every effort to ensure our cruises depart on time. It is highly recommended that all passengers are ready for boarding 15 minutes prior to the stated time.
Individual Bookings & Cancellation
An individual booking is defined as all bookings having less than 10 passengers on a single E-ticket. Individual bookings require full payment at time of booking.
- Up to 4 days prior: Full refund
- Within 3 days: 100% cancellation fee
- Partial paid bookings: The balance must be paid 7 days prior to departure. Unpaid bookings will be auto-cancelled and deposit forfeited.
Group Bookings & Cancellation
Group bookings are defined as all bookings for 10 or more passengers on a single E-ticket. Group bookings can be made with a partial payment of 20% as deposit. The balance amount must be paid 7 days before the cruise date.
- Up to 7 days prior: Full refund
- Within 6 days: 100% cancellation fee
- Partial paid bookings: The balance must be paid 7 days prior to departure. Unpaid bookings will be auto-cancelled and deposit forfeited.
