Can I request a refund for my Gift Voucher?

- Cruise Gift Vouchers allow recipients to redeem a pre-selected cruise experience
- Cruise Gift Vouchers are valid for three years from the time of purchase
- Cruise Gift Voucher cannot be redeemed within seven days of purchase
- Cruise Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash
- Cruise Gift Vouchers are only valid for the cruise specified and are not valid on special event cruises or public holidays
- Cruise Gift Vouchers cover the full ticket value of the selected number of guests and must be redeemed against a single booking or forfeited (we do not offer part credit)
